India is currently the country with the largest number of people living without access to safe water. This is according to a report released by international charity WaterAid. The impact of lack of access to clean drinking water is leading to severe health complications. There are around 76 million people without access to clean drinking water.
During Holi celebration a family of four wastes atleast 600 litres of water. In view of this let us avoid playing Holi with water and donate an equivalent of Rs. 300 which would feed an equivalent 600 litres of clean drinking water to the needy.
Celebrate Holi with organic colors, wear colorful clothes, but do not play with water – a scarce commodity
